Our services are covered by private insurance plans, employer health plans, car accident insurance and WSIB.

 

To ensure your visit is worry-free, PT Care Rehab is an approved healthcare provider and offers direct billing to most insurance companies listed here (please ask us if you want to know if your insurance plan offers direct billing):

Please be advised that although this is an extensive list, health plans do change regularly without prior notification. We recommend that you verify with your health plan what physiotherapy benefits you have available.
 

We submit claims directly to your insurance company. We do not contact insurance providers to verify coverage, benefits, or payment amounts. Patients must confirm coverage details directly with their insurer prior to their visit. Any remaining balance after insurance processing is the patient’s responsibility.

Remember, our services are covered by most extended health plans. If you don’t use them, you will lose them!
